Welcome everyone to Hungerfords Cavalry Troop site. We are a group of riders who make up the Cavalry for the parliamentarian army or better known as "The Roundheads". We fight against the Royalists (" Cavaliers") who were supporting Charles l during the English Civil War (1642 - 1649).
We fight in English Civil War re enactments all over the country and try our best to show what a cavalry used to do.
